VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A new restaurant is coming to Knox County.
According to a press release, Zaxby's will be opening a restaurant in Vincennes.
A total of three locations are being opened by franchise owner Manish Malhotra.
The other two locations are Henderson, Kentucky and Madisonville, Kentucky.
The press release says Malhotra looks to break ground by November 2024.
WAKC News Now has reached out to Zaxby's to find out where the restuarant will be located and when its expected to open.
