VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - The wait for Zaxby’s in Vincennes is almost over.
The restaurant is looking to fill a variety of positions before it's opening next month.
Open interviews will be held at the new location at 1277 South Hart Street Road on Tuesday April 1 through Thursday April 3, and again on Tuesday, April 8 through Thursday, April 10.
Interviews will take place from 12:00pm until 6:00pm each day.

Offutt confirmed with WAKC News Now that the Vincennes location is expected to open on Monday, April 21.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place at 9:30am.
