Paws to Hearts: Meet Boo & Ziva

Writer: Nathan SpringfieldNathan Springfield

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - We Are Knox County has teamed up with the Vincennes Animal Shelter to help connect loving homes with pets in need.

This week, the shelter is spotlighting Boo and Ziva, a bonded pair of senior cats looking for a forever home together.

Boo is 10 years old, and Ziva is 11.

Having spent their lives side by side, the shelter hopes to find them a quiet, comfortable home where they can stay together.

What makes this adoption even more special? Their fee has already been covered, meaning all they need now is the right family to welcome them in.

Vincennes Animal Shelter Director Leah Reagan describes them as sweet, gentle companions who are neutered, up to date on vaccines, and front declawed.

If you’re interested in giving Boo and Ziva the loving home they deserve, stop by the Vincennes Animal Shelter at 1128 River Road in Vincennes.

The shelter is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Since their adoption fees are taken care of, potential adopters will need to bring a letter of recommendation from their veterinarian.
