Lane Closures on Highway 50 in Vincennes Start Wednesday

VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) has announced lane closures on Highway 50 in Knox County.

Starting on Wednesday, March 19, crews will close the eastbound and westbound passing lanes of U.S. 50 in Vincennes over Fort Knox Drive.

According to INDOT, these closures will allow for temporary crossover construction, which is expected to take about a month, weather permitting.

This work marks the first phase of a three-phase bridge construction project over Fort Knox Drive.
