  • 2 Non-Critical Violations

    • Section 297- Soda machine and ice chute are observed to be heavily soiled with slimy brown and pink build up.

    • Section 431- Establishment is observed to be in need of a deep clean. This includes all kitchen equipment inside and out, floors, walls, and hood vents.

  • 1 Critical Violation

    • Section 191- Observed multiple potentially hazardous ready to eat foods to have no type of date marking system.

 

Hucks #338- 2816 North 6th Street, Vincennes  

  • 4 Non-Critical Violations

    • Section 295- Storage containers where clean utensils are stored are found to be heavily soiled with grease and old food debris.

    • Section 298- Microwave in lobby is observed to be heavily soiled with old food debris and spills.

    • Section 394- Refuse area is observed to be heavily soiled with garbage, boxes, heavy grease spills, litter, and old food debris.

    • Section 295- Storage containers used to hold sauces are observed to be soiled with old food debris, dust, and litter.

  • 1 Critical Violations

    • Section 191- Observed numerous potentially hazardous ready-to-eat foods to be held past expiration date and available for human consumption.

 

Tiende Ispana- 1500 Willow Street, Vincennes

  • 1 Critical Violation

    • Section 191- Observed multiple potentially hazardous foods to be held past expiration date and available for human consumption.

 

Buffalo Wild Wings- 2407 North 6th Street, Vincennes

  • 2 Non-Critical Violations

    • Section 298- Microwaves are observed to be heavily soiled with old food debris and spills.

    • Section 431- Establishment is observed to be in need of a deep clean. Flooring, equipment, and walls are found to be heavily soiled with old food debris, grease build up, and litter.

    • Section 191- Observed raw chicken to be removed from original package and stored in walk in cooler with no type of date marking system.

 

La Fiesta- 2222 North 6th Street, Vincennes (Complaint)

  • 1 Non-Critical Violation

    • Section 218- Prep cooler is found to have a leak and not meet temperature requirements of 41 degrees or below.

  • 1 Critical Violation

    • Section 187- Observed potentially hazardous foods in prep cooler to be temping at 53 degrees.

 

Dollar General Store #1161-1001 8th Street, Vincennes (Follow-up)

  • 1 Non-Critical Violation

    • Section 402- Tile floor throughout the establishment is found to have numerous missing, broken, and cracked tiles.

*Management stated that flooring was in the process of being repaired. During the inspection the flooring was found to have had some work completed but not properly. New tiles that have been repaired are observed to have gaps larger than 1/3 of an inch.

 

Altered Image Tattoo Studio- 417 College Ave., Vincennes (Complaint)

  • Establishment was found to have two tattoo artists operating with no permit. Establishment was required to cease operations until artists have completed paperwork and are permitted properly.
