VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A Freelandville man was arrested Friday afternoon following an incident on Highway 41.
Indiana State Police arrested 56-year-old Mikal Harden around 1:30 p.m.
Authorities say Harden's vehicle slid off the highway and into the median north of Vincennes between North Old 41 and North Ford Road.
Officers who stopped to assist Harden reported that he exited the vehicle and fell twice in the snow.
During an investigation, officers observed signs of impairment and determined that Harden's Blood Alcohol Concentration (BAC) was above the legal limit.
Harden was taken to the Knox County Jail and charged with Operating a Vehicle with an ACE of .15 or More.
