VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A traffic stop in Vincennes late Friday night led to the arrests of four people.
A Knox County Sheriff’s Deputy pulled over a truck on North 6th Street for an equipment violation.
A K-9 unit arrived on the scene and alerted deputies to illegal narcotics in the vehicle.
During a search, deputies discovered marijuana, methamphetamine, and prescription medications.
The driver, 29-year-old Keith McIntosh, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.
Three passengers, 40-year-old Peggy Baker, 31-year-old Lea Chambers, and 25-year-old Jonathan Roseman, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, visiting a common nuisance, and other misdemeanor drug charges.
All four remain in the Knox County Jail on a $5,000 bond.
