Around 1:46 Monday morning, Indiana State Police Trooper Brock Buchanan pulled over a 1998 Mazda for a defective headlight. During the traffic stop, the driver, 26 year old Allyson Earles of Vincennes, displayed signs of impairment.
A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana. Further investigation at Good Samaritan Hospital revealed that Earles was under the influence of amphetamines, benzodiazepines, cannabinoids, methamphetamine and opiates.
Earles was then arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail. While correction officers were processing Earles, they discovered marijuana and methamphetamine on her person.
Earles is currently being held on bond.
