EDWARDSPORT, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - Heavy rain is creating flooding issues for drivers across Southern Indiana. State Road 358 outside Edwardsport near the Knox/Daviess County line closed on Wednesday evening after water from the White River began crossing the roadway.
