MONROE CITY, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - A local nonprofit is stepping up to help residents affected by the boil advisory in Monroe City. Helping His Hands will distribute water Friday at Monroe City Town Hall from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. Residents are limited to one case of water per household.
