VINCENNES, Ind. (We Are Knox County) - One person has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian in Vincennes. The Knox County Sheriff’s Office says Keeton Walker, 22,  was arrested on an initial charge of leaving the scene of an accident causing injury. According to the sheriff’s office, a vehicle described as an older-model gray Toyota 4Runner struck a pedestrian around 7:00 Friday morning on Old Decker Road near Elkhorn Road, south of Vincennes.
